Even the first device prototypes are tested under tough real-world conditions in our "Feeding World" before they go into mature series production. Intelligent control systems are developed into increasingly comprehensive overall solutions for milk production and cattle fattening. Many interfaces already enable networking with milking robots, reporting systems and business management software.

Wasserbauer Feeding Systems stands for future-oriented, sustainable agriculture. Our purely electrically operated, automated feeding systems reduce emissions from conventional energy sources such as diesel to virtually zero. Our systems combine economic efficiency with environmental awareness and animal welfare. With the goal of fully automating the feeding process, we create ecological and economic advantages for farmers. Our own production facility, the Wasserbauer Technology Center, was also built using energy-efficient construction methods and supplies itself with a 700 kWp PV system.

It all began in 1986, when Franz Wasserbauer sen. developed the first device that automatically allocates concentrate rations – the legendary Kuhmeister. This laid the foundation for a company that has been continuously growing and driving innovations in feeding technology ever since. Today, 70 highly qualified employees work at Wasserbauer, developing efficient automation solutions for feeding.
