The Cabrio system is easy to operate using a hand-held radio remote control, so the normally labour-intensive work of pulling back and replacing the tarpaulin over the silage clamp can be carried out by one person on their own. Laborious lugging of weights to keep the tarpaulin in place is a thing of the past. The Cabrio together with the Lift silage extraction system is a particularly efficient team. The Lift controls the opening and closing of the tarpaulin itself and the feed is transported fully automatically to the animals. Hoses filled with liquid weigh down the tarpaulin to provide an airtight seal for the silage material. The cut face of the silage remains protected from sunlight and rain to conserve freshness and quality.

Once the lift is installed in the clamp, that's it as far as work is concerned for the next few weeks or months. The system automatically cuts the forage from the clamp and transports it to a Shuttle Eco feeding robot. The all-electric powered unit consists of a forage cutter and a transport cyclone.
The LIFT is suitable for any type of silage and ensures optimum freshness of the basic forage. Only the quantity required for the current feeding circuit is taken from the clamp at any one time. This means that your animals receive fresh forage several times a day. That is how you can promote the health of the entire herd.
No costly conversion work is needed at the clamp. The LIFT is simply placed in the clamp and is ready for use. The self-propelled system can also be positioned between individual clamps without any further effort. The LIFT can easily cut clamps up to 4.5 metres high.
The LIFT makes it possible: Additional extraction machinery such as telehandlers, front loaders or silage block cutters are a thing of the past. Costly investments in a feed kitchen are no longer necessary.
The suction cyclone fills the Shuttle Eco feeding robot fully automatically. The cyclone is installed in the barn building or alternatively on a mobile chassis. Several LIFT units can be connected thanks to suction flow switching. A silencer reduces noise emissions to a minimum.
A hose sucks in the forage as it is cut away from the clamp. Rollers make this hose flexible so it can compensate for the movements of the cutter over several days or weeks. A handling trolley that includes a power supply and safety shut-off connects the flexible hose to a fixed pipe that transports the forage to the cyclone.
A multi-touch display makes the LIFT easy and convenient to operate. You can also access the system using a PC, tablet or smart phone. Our specialists can make optimizations at any time using a remote maintenance function and you automatically receive the latest software updates.
Safety is a priority in daily operations. The safety concept includes complete protection of access to the clamp as well as an automatic safety shut-off system.
